INFORMATION FOR SELLER'S
Entering Items for Auction
- Suitable items can be delivered to the Auction Rooms between 10am and 4pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
- No items accepted on Tuesdays or at viewings.
- Please contact us before delivery.
- An itemised listing of items entered for sale will be posted to vendors.
- We also offer a collection service for anything from a single item to complete house clearance. Charges available on request.
- All soft furnishings should have the relevent fire certificates.
- Low value/unsuitable items may be refused.
- Unsold items will be notified to the vendor and should be picked up within 4 days or they will be disposed of at a charge of £1 per lot.
- Sale Proceeds will be made payable by cheque once items are cleared.
Charges
- £1 per lot entry fee
- 10p per lot insurance
- 12.5% commission on sale proceeds
- Collection & Delivery Charges available from office
- The standard rate of VAT will apply to all charges
- All sales are conducted under our General Sale Conditions
